This prices does not include : 

• the fixed charges : 

-from 01/04 to 30/09 :            Rez : 5 €/night,                     Etages : 9 €/night,      

-from 01/10 to 30/03 :            Rez : 7 €/night,                     Etages : 16 €/night

• the tourist tax: 0.40 €/night for anyone aged 3 and over

• the rental guarantee :               Rez : 250 €,                                    Etages : 400 €

 

The tenant must provide bed sheets, duvet covers, linens and kitchen towels.

Cleaning must be done by the tenant (cleaning products provided).
